The 15% fees you'll see on your payouts are Moonlight's fees and software costs that enable us to be a sustainable service and run seamless infrastructure and administration for you.

• Business infrastructure: We take care of the backend essentials from booking widgets to calendaring integration, profile customization, and secure payments—we have you covered!
• Secure payments: Moonlight powers smooth, secure client payments and payouts through Stripe.
• Easier bookings: We amplify tarot and spotlight your offerings, bringing you new organic clients, so you can save your energy for tarot instead of marketing.
• Ongoing support: Investing in our services means you'll receive continuous in-depth support. We are dedicated to building a beautiful platform that supports you every step of the way.

Managing Your Transactions

During onboarding, you'll set up your bank and tax information through Stripe. If you ever need to update your payment info or keep track of your transactions, just head over to your Stripe dashboard. You can find it in 'Payouts' in the left-hand navigation.

Getting Paid

Anytime you accept a booking request, you can expect to be paid out in 2-3 days, (or within a week for your first payout).
